No more excuses for not stopping at a red signal! Our new GOLD series locomotive decoders revolutionizes model railroad technology. | |||||||||||
|
Precise, on the spot stopping in front of signals... thanks to the innovative (Automatic Braking Control) technology – also suitable, for push-pull trains. With the help of the new ABC module, the locomotive decoder recognises three different signal aspects
and reacts accordingly: Passing through, stopping (with settable braking distance), or slowing down to a speed set in the decoder. If the train approaches the signal from the opposite direction, it will not observe the signal and continue unimpeded. Whilst stopped, all functions can still be switched and if desired you are able to back away again from the red signal. |
Unwanted stops are now a thing of the past thanks to USP: USP**(Uninterruptable Signal Processing) ensures continuous data transfer to the decoder even when the electrical contact with the track is interrupted. An optional USP storage module can be fitted into the locomotive. The decoder and the locomotive are supplied with power from this storage unit when there is a interrupted power supply on the track (e.g. a dead frog or dirty track). DCC instructions continue to be received by the locomotive even when on dirty track. The sophisticated driving convenience of the GOLD series is available for all common track gauges:
